Considering the professional development of students on the basis of wide and
thick, the thermal energy and power engineering is divided into the following
four professional direction:
(1) thermal power engineering and control
direction (including energy and environmental engineering, new energy
development and research direction) with thermal energy conversion and
utilization system;
(2) the engine and automotive engineering, which mainly
consists of the internal combustion engine and its driving system, and the
direction of the ship's power;
(3) the electrical energy is converted to
mechanical power based fluid machinery and refrigeration engineering
direction;
(4) the power engineering direction of thermal power plant and
water conservancy and hydropower, which is mainly based on mechanical power
conversion.
